Return Policy

We offer a flexible return policy based on the return policies of our suppliers, such as Amazon and AliExpress.

  • Return Period: You have up to 30 days from receiving the product to initiate a return, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition.

  • Free Returns: Certain products, such as those fulfilled by Amazon, may come with free returns. If your product qualifies, we will provide you with a free return label. Otherwise, return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
